What Happens Inside a Workshop?
Each workshop is a living space — improvised, responsive, and alive.
There is always an intention, but never a rigid script. We begin by arriving together, softening into the space, and grounding as a group. I invite you into presence, into your body, into your breath.
From there, the journey unfolds:
Transmission. I share teachings on touch, consent, polarity, and energetic presence. Sometimes we talk about ropes. Sometimes about trance. Always about connection.
Demonstration. You witness a live embodiment — a performance that teaches not only through words, but through energy and rhythm. The rope sings, the cane dances, the voice weaves.
Exploration. You are gently invited to try. To move. To play. To tie or be tied. To spank or surrender. There is no pressure — only invitation.
Integration. We often end in a circle, a moment of sharing, a return to the self. To the body. To the breath. To silence.
Each workshop is different — shaped by the people who attend, the energy of the day, and the collective readiness to feel.
